Coin pearls

I have an addiction to coin pearls and turquoise. Literally, drawn to them. I think coin pearls are gorgeous, because of the texture and the adbundance of colors that they come in. These are just a few of the pieces that I've created for my jewelry chest. All were created using a wire wrapping technique and sterling silver chain and clasps.

These are the colors that I have in stock right now -- bought at the last jewelry show. Price will vary according to number of pearls, the style you select and the length.

Bottle Cap Beads $40

Two vintage Sarsaparilla soda bottle caps were turned into a unique puffy bead. The look is created by flattening, soldering, forming and then triming two of the same bottle caps.

This is the first necklace that I sold using a bottle cap. Adorned with fresh water pearls and Swarkowski crystals. Sterling silver chain that closes with a sterling silver lobster clasp.

Coin bracelet $35

Charming handcrafted sterling silver bracelet adorned with genuine coins from around the world. This one is made with silver coins from Spain, Brazil, Mexico, England and Guyana. The bracelet measures 8 inches in length and is secured with a sterling silver toggle clasp. However, it can be custom made to fit you. Just let me know if you prefer 7 or 8 inches. No two pieces are exactly alike. Most bracelets will have 9-11 coins depending on the size. If you prefer a variety, copper and gold coins can be added as well.

Chunky turquoise nugget necklace $55

Imagine wearing this gorgeous strand of natural turquoise cabochons around your neck. A cabochon is a gemstone which has been shaped and polished as opposed to faceted. The necklace measures 18 inches long and closes with a sterling silver toggle clasp. Each cabochon is generally about 3/4 inch.
